Redcap has developed a range of Procurement Training Programmes which are presented in partnership with The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy's Performance Improvement Network.

Subjects in the series have included:

  • E-Procurement ~ following Redcap's successful involvement with the NEPP supporting Local Authorities Strand.

  • Contract Management ~ a very popular programme now being presented specifically for Local Authorities, "In Company"

  • Transforming Buying Operations ~ increasing the understanding of participants driving Change in Public sector organisations.

  • Procurement Project Management ~ bringing into focus the important role of project management during a transformation programme.

  • Commissioning Social Care ~ a specialist programme being supported by the South East Centre of Excellence.

    Events with the CIPS Branch Network

    David Pratt is the current Chairman of East Anglia Branch of the Chartered Institute and Supply. In that role he has committed the Redcap team to provide support to the Branch network with the provision of speakers and event programmes to support professional procurement. Currently Redcap has provided the following very successfull events:

  • "Understanding NLP" ~ an interesting evening opening participants eyes to the complexities of this fasinating subject. ~ presented for East Anglia Branch.

  • "What Makes Sales People Tick" ~ the practical application of NLP in a negotiation and business environment ~ presented for Harlow, Kent and East Anglia Branches.

  • "E-Auction Workshop" ~ one of the most successfull events with over 55 participants where buyers experienced an e-auction from the suppliers side ~ presented for East Anglia Branch and currently in discussions with two further branches for next years calendar.
